Guy Simmons is a Middle Tennessee real estate agent with deep roots in the community he serves. Born and raised in Nashville, Guy graduated from David Lipscomb High School before heading to Harding University to play football. Growing up with a father in interior design, he developed an early appreciation for thoughtful architecture and well-designed homes and an eye for detail he now brings to helping clients find the right property.

Guy combines local knowledge with genuine enthusiasm for the Nashville area and a commitment to making the buying and selling process feel personal, not transactional. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, in a deer stand, or spending time with his wife, Sam.
