Owner and Managing Broker Bill Bainbridge earned his real estate license in 1989 and has served clients full-time throughout Middle Tennessee since 1991.
Born and raised in Belle Meade, Bill offers firsthand knowledge of Nashville's most established neighborhoods while maintaining expertise across the entire city.
His perspective was shaped early through his father, W.L. Bainbridge III, whose construction company built homes throughout Nashville from the 1960s through the 1990s. That background provides a deeper understanding of homes, neighborhoods, and property value that extends beyond market statistics.
