Bill Bainbridge grew up in the real estate business as the son of a respected Nashville builder, spending his high school summers working construction and developing an appreciation for homes from the ground up. Licensed since 1991, Bill has worked full-time in the Nashville residential market throughout his career. He began as an on-site sales agent specializing in new construction before becoming Managing Broker of Village Real Estate's Green Hills offices following the merger with his father's company, W.L. Bainbridge & Co.
Bill was also a member of the original ownership group that launched Keller Williams Realty Nashville, where he spent the next ten years helping grow one of the area's most successful real estate companies. In 2013, he founded Bainbridge Realty Group, a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury residential real estate.
Throughout his career, Bill has remained deeply involved in the industry and the community. He has served on the Board of Greater Nashville REALTORS®, chaired the Habitat for Humanity Build, and was honored with the organization's Community Service Award.
Known for his straightforward communication, local market knowledge, and collaborative approach, Bill believes that strong relationships with both clients and fellow real estate professionals lead to better outcomes for everyone involved.
